Guest guest
Ladybug. . . Congraduations! . . . and welcome to ! You're WAY too early to be seeing dramatic results! . .. . Even women who feel really great right after explant often experience some symptoms returning. Many women didn't start feeling better until after they detoxed for an extended period. My suggestion: Drink plenty of water . . . It's known that the amount of silicone in the urine peaks right after explantation. Drink plenty of it! Eat well . . . NO SUGAR! . . . concentrate on veggies, fruits and a little meat. . . whole grains. NO PROCESSED FOODS! Take some probiotics . . . acidopholis, Primal Defense (after one bottle of Fungal Defense) . . Eat fremented foods like yogurt, keflir, naturally made sauerkraut. Avoid stress and anger . . . Those are two biggies that can undo everything else you're trying to accomplish. I can send you information on a product, NCD that is designed to remove toxins, heavy metals, fungi and other substances from the body if you're interested. Other things that help Fibromyalgia . . . getting deep sleep every night . . . stretching, gentle exercise (not moving is guaranteed to make you worse), deep massage therapy and supplementing with Magnesium . . ..Take two parts Calicum to one part Magnesium. This will help you sleep better as well as nourish the muscles. Dr. Kolb is unusual in that she addresses the whole patient. Very few doctors understand implants the way she does - Because she has had gel implants, and now has salines. Sometimes I feel she's getting outside her speciality when she gets involved in natural healing. We can't expect doctors to emulate her. BUT . . . as long as very few doctors are helping implant women, I'm glad she's willing to go the extra mile! Guest guest
Ginger, You are right, there are some foods that are just bad news for us. Some women can tolerate some foods better than others, but I think it is a good idea for us to be aware of possible food allergies. I had allergies to certain foods after I was sick from implants, whereas before implants, I had no food allergies at all. And these weren't glaring food allergies. They crept up on me and the only way I knew I had them for certain was through testing. I was shocked actually to test positive. I became allergic to chocolate for one. Wow! And then brewer's yeast. No wonder I felt sick when I took B vitamin supplements (which many times are derived from brewer's yeast....)I also sensed a negative reaction to cooked eggs, corn, and a few other items. So, it is a good idea to be aware of possible reactions to foods. Allergies to grains or gluten is a big possibility for alot of women. And definitely sugar is a huge problem for us and can make us feel bad faster than almost any other food. Sugar made my brain fog come back very quickly. The good news is that these allergies don't have to be for life. In my case, the allergy was classified as an IgG immune response, or a delayed allergy. These may come and go in cycles, depending on whether the food is eaten or avoided. Over a period of up to 9 months or more, if a food is avoided, the antibody level against it can decrease significantly, allowing consumption of that food item again as long as it is eaten infrequently in a rotation diet. That is exactly what happened.....I avoided chocolate for a year, and was able to eat it again without negative effect. And what's even better, is that my cravings for chocolate completely subsided! I don't ever, ever crave chocolate anymore! I am really happy about that, because I was getting into eating chocolate almost daily before all this. My guess is that if we do develop allergies after implants, it is an IgG immune response that we can overcome in time. So, it's good to be aware and consider avoiding certain foods if you feel they are creating symptoms. The positive aspect is that they may not have to be avoided forever. Guest guest
The Ladybug steam cleaner is great for allergy sufferers (as it kills dust mites and other pathogens on surfaces) and also as an environmental cleaner. Many claim that they “do the job”, but they don’t get as hot as the Ladybug to be effective. I like that it eliminates the need for toxic chemicals when cleaning, which can only be good for your health. Now, I just wished I could AFFORD it J (Expensive little bugs J) Happy Christmas / Holiday Season to your all! The ladybug steamer sounds like a miracle, but would like to try one before I buy. Anyway, things are looking some better at our house and will let you know if I do try any of the products and what effect they have. We have just got to keep looking and praying for help. Joan Re: Website I just ran across We actually ran across this site a while ago but thought it was strange that the products that helped cure him are products that he sells on line. (the only sunscreen that helped was his line of products) If you order it keep us posted. I never knew about that lady bug steamer until I read about it on this site, now that looks cool. Good luck. > > > > I have just finished reading a website that has lots of information > > that could be helpful to some of us.
