Guest guest
Kenda, This was a list for a natural health college????? Yikes, that's scary, what in the world are they teaching those students? I would think that any natural health educational institution would teach that foreign objects are not natural in the body and so are anathema to good health. What school is this? Maybe I should take up a little discussion? I would love to see some of those people better educated on the whole implant issue. It is so sad to realize that the world is full of people who believe half-truths and outright lies about very important medical issues. It makes me very upset, but then, I realize that it's been that way for centuries. We will always be learning about health. The body is a very complex machine. Thanks Kenda! Let me know if I can help! Patty --- In , Kenda Skaggs <skaggs@...> wrote: > > Today on a list for school, implants were being discussed. Guest guest
Hi Kathy, Yes, it is for a natural health college. It isn't in our education that these people are being taught anything at all about implants -- although I have posted about them more than once. My class is Natural Health 201 and it consists of basic nutrition, herbal nutrition and first aid, homeopathy, reflexology and aromatherapy. No where in my specific curriculum would it be appropriate to teach about implants because we aren't learning about diagnosing disease. I'm not sure there is a class that is appropriate but you can check out achs.com, the school's website. I'm glad to help anytime I can. The email list I belong to is exclusively for students so I doubt you could get on but if you want me to pass something along, I'll post it. Guest guest
Ooops, this should have gone to Patty, sorry. Guest guest
Good thing you are there then! You can do some educating on your own! I can understand why implants wouldn't be a subject matter until dealing with more in-depth illness treatments or whatever. Gotcha. I didn't realize it was for a basic class. But I would think that somewhere in the curriculum they will teach about toxic things...heavy metals, the effects of chemo or radiation and other toxic drug treatments, toxic water, toxic food additives, toxicity of the bowel or bloodstream, whatever....now there's where implants might be discussed if the chance ever comes up! But I am glad you are able to plant the seeds. Keep it up. Don't lose heart. When it comes to fighting ignorance, we can only keep repeating ourselves until finally some of it sinks in and starts to make sense, hopefully!
