Celeste,

I believe if you win the school district will have to

pay for the attorney fees. But I do know you go

before a Education System. (can't remember the

name) Call them first and let them know exactly

what is going on. Sometimes if you tell them they

can help you.

A helpful group in Chicago is called Family Resource Center. I have taken a

number of workshop on special education and IDEA.

They are located on Avenue (downtown Chicago) I think there are other

locations, but I'm not 100% certain.
