Hello I am still not doing ok really, I have been to see the doctor this morning

and he wants to try another set of meds to laxate and to calm my tummy because I

am naxious ((

And I still can not properly do a number 2 ((

I have to get back in his office in 2 weeks , if it gets worse then before the

end of the week ofcourse,.. he has made a commitment that he will help me fix

this for once and for all ...

I just feel so bad for you with all this stuff. I guess we could say

that you are full of it. lol Only kidding. It sounds so miserable.

I hope that your new meds work, so you don't have to suffer until the

I am sorry to hear about your tummy troubles. I have a lot of gastro issues

myself.

Do you have miralax where you live? It's an over the counter laxative here in

the states that works very well and isn't harsh on your system.

Metamucil is a fiber supplement. It increases the bulk fiber in your intestines

to aid in moving waste through the intestines and bowels. It has to be

increased slowly - too much fiber too fast can cause an intestinal blockage.

Miralax is a gentle natural laxative that causes increased water content in the

bowel and intestines. You can use it every day or as needed for constipation

relief.

Another fiber supplement is benefiber. Do you have that one?

If you're having an urgent problem, I would recommend the miralax over the

fiber. Fiber works gradually over about a two week period.

Don't anyone ask how I know all of this. LOL

what i know is that the doc gave me forlax to laxate but it can take up to

24 to 48 hours to get working and if i dont feel better by friday I have to

see him anyway...
