Gluten free/rice free chocolate muffin recipe?

Does anyone have a gluten free/rice free chocolate muffin recipe? I decided to pull rice from my son's already limited diet. We still have high ammonia levels so I am really trying to put a limit on the protein. I have been making lots of muffins this weekend but my son does not welcome them because they are not chocolate. He really loves the Namaste Chocolate Cake that I always make into muffins. I know that the pecanbread group could help me but we are not technically SCD yet. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks,Dayna

Pecanbread will still be happy to help you, even if you aren't SCD

yet. If you don't want to ask on the board, you could still go

through the recipes on the site or on related sites. Chocolate and

cocoa are not " legal " on SCD, but you could get another recipe - like

an almond flour muffin recipe - and then add baking cocoa to it.
