It's been very cute for the past year or so, seeing as she's so proud she can walk. But now that she's more verbal, I wish she'd outgrow it. jeanne _______________________________________________________________ Get Free Email and Do More On The Web. Guest guest
My son n (9) still sort of walks with arms bent in a sort of " flappey " way. I was told years ago that because of his balance and equalibrium problems and wide gait, this was his way of making-up and creating his stability while moving. I can now call his attention to his arms and he usually puts them down to his side. But when he is running and/or excited his does it. One funny thing. When he was younger, we could stand him in one corner of the room and tell him to walk in a straight line across to the other side. I could draw an invisible 45 degree diagnal line from starting point and ending point and he would end up where I drew the line. Bottom line, I just glad his mobile now and goes where ever he wants. n's latest triumph. He now walks out 3 doors of out apartment building, down the walkway and out the steel gate to get on his school bus (without me accompanying him) yea!!!
