Guest guest
Hi all, I'm considering starting the SCD to help with my sons yeast problem. Right now we are gluten, casein, soy and nut free (soy and nut came up on IGG test). For those who have switched from GFCF, do you stay casein free and just do meat, some fruit and veggies (on the allowed list)? Thanks in advance, as always I appreciate the help. Guest guest
Kelley, No, they has some similarities but see the site below for a more complete description of the SCD diet. There is a list of legal and illegal foods on it. I believe the SCD is by far the more effective of the two diets (we have done them both). http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/ http://www.pecanbread.com/ sally To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Sunday, December 28, 2008 7:30:29 AMSubject: question for those doing the SCD Hi all,I'm considering starting the SCD to help with my sons yeast problem.
