Guest guest
If you go to appleadayandbeyond.com, they have Garden of Life products at 30% off; however, if you call, email or fax your order to them, they will give you an additional 14% off your order! And they give free shipping with orders over $50. Plus they match any advertised web offer on Garden of Life products. I don't think you can get any better than that on prices for these products. They are great. Patty
Guest guest
> > i use their coconut oil. are there products good? > also they have 'primal defense for kids'. maybe that would > work for me? the regular one made me nervous. i don't know > if i'm ready for a probiotic, just been taking loads of coconut oil > for 2 weeks. thanx bee janey ==>Yes, Garden of Life Coconut Oil is excellent. That's what I always get. I do not recommend any Primal Defense products of any kind, not even those for kids. " When you are ready to start on probiotics " the best one is cabbage rejuvelac, which is very easy to make. Even my 59 year bachelor brother is making it all of the time. LOL! The best alternative probiotics are the simpliest ones that are also low in billions of units per capsule, or buy a powdered one - see my article for more details. In the meantime eat sauerkraut or kimchi with every meal to aid digestion (have at least 1 tbls, cold and unheated). The kimchi recipe in our Recipe Folder is fantastic! It's under Lacto- fermented Foods & Drinks. Luv, Bee
