Lynn, I didn't do anything for a while, because I was just healing after surgery. I did start an herbal colon cleanse a few weeks ago. I am doing the Maker's diet, except the Cleanzology. I can't bring my self to do the routine. I just use organic care products. I have been making my own meals and not doing the one's Rubin suggests. I do follow the phases. I take Primal defense, Perfect Food, Super Seed, and Living Multi. I just want to know, I have some improvements, but not anywhere near "normal". I still have very weak ans sore muscles, (my arms are the worst), extreme fatigue, and mental fogginess. I have enough improvements to know that I did the right thing getting the implants out. I am currently reading The Great Physicians Rx for Health and Wellness. I also have the journal that goes with it, so I guess I am really following that program more than the Maker's

Diet. Have a good day, Lunicorn0692 <unicorn0692@...> wrote: Hi ,I'm glad to hear that your symptoms are getting better. I was just reading about the conversations everyone had here on silca. I just started talking it a few weeks ago thinking it will help my hair and now I wonder if it made it worse. Do you still follow the makers diet? What are the supplements and herbs you take? All the info here helps a lot,Lynn>
