Guest guest
HI, I use the liquid oil of oregano from Source Naturals. I put a few drops in water, swirl it and drink it fast. I follow that with some more water or food or whatever. It isn't that bad. My husband does it too. What I really like is it is fairly cheap, and you can vary the dose endlessly. You can increase drops at a time and also increase number to times a day you take it. It really worked well on my husband's stubborn discolored toenails. They were yellow which is a sign of fungal infection. Prescriptions didnt work but over a period of a couple of months the oil of oregano did. It also helped my irritable bowel. It is also easy to travel with. One bottle cost me less than $20 and lasted quite awhile. Some things you just get used to. I also learned to take the powdered primal defense in water. I have also added oil of oregano and vit c powder and grapefruit juice which is strong enough to mask anything somewhat to the primal defense in water! THere are some things I don't tolerate well. Olive oil with lemon juice is one of them. But I have done that too! Hugs, Kathy Hugs, Kathy > > > > > > I had my implants taken out on January of this year. Guest guest
Just make sure you swirl it good before you drink so it doesn't concentrate. sometimes it can make your lip burn if it gets on it but it goes away pretty fast with more water. Start with maybe only 2 or 3 drops once a day and work up to four or more drops twice aday. Hugs Kathy > > > > > > > > I had my implants taken out on January of this year. Guest guest
--- I have had huge success with Oil of Oregano...bladder infections, pneumonia...there has been scientific proof that it is more powerful than regular antibiotics and with no side effects. I take the capsules, as I tried a drop in my mouth once and burning bushes, that stung!! Not recommended lol!! Wishing you Wellness, Love, Sunny In , " jdebolt@...
