Hello everyone

I have a nursing home that is expanding by 30 beds and need some advice

on dining room seating. We do not have sufficient space for 75

residents at one time so the owner wants to move the dependent and

assist residents to another room to free up space, however still coming

up short. We are also going to two different seatings in the main

dining room. Does anyone have a policy or procedure they are willing

to share regarding the different seatings? Also, is there a minumum

space requirement per Resident? They are planning on adding tables to

an already crowded dining room, an idea that I'm not too fond of.

Thanks for any info.

Kathy
