Guest guest
There is a school of thought which says that operating on cancer encourages metastises. In my own case I feel that this did happen as my cancer mets to my liver became more numerous after my operation to remove the primary tumour. this same school of thought proposes that instead of an operation, chemo or radiation, natural methods, such as Gerson or Budwig propose, are far more effective and much safer. However, each case is different and you must consider your own situation. For example, in my situation, the cancer ate through the colon wall so there was no choice except to remove that portion of the colon. In my opinion, there is a place for surgery and chemo, you must weigh all options and consider your own situation carefully. I am doing chemo but I would never do radiation. The chemo has shrunk my tumours but chemo alone will not cure me. It will however reduce my tumour burden to a point that my own immune system, if not too badly compromised by the chemo, will be able to get rid of the rest. To this end I am employing several natural approaches along with chemo to help me. Chemo was unavoidable in my case because I was too close to death for natural methods to work. Good luck and I hope this helps. May I point you in a direction? Try joining the FlaxSeedOil2 group on . Guest guest
, I'm thrilled to know you're getting the wholehearted attention of your doctor! . . . It sounds like he's going a bit overboard - but better that than the other! . . . I suspect that he's as interested in learning as much about what's going on with you as you are because he know other women are in dire need of attention. I suspect he's learning from what you're bringing to him. That's good! The implant problem is a world wide epidemic that has been swept under the rug far too long! . . . With the platinum study making it to the scientific level, things are going to start changing. Doctors are going to have to be prepared for the onslaught of sick women coming their way. They aren't going to be able to say " It's not your implants - see a psychiatrist any longer! As for me, I'm visiting family in Texas this week. My computer access will be spotty and time will be limited. I'm feeling OK right now . . . I don't like this estrogen blocking drug. But, if I can tolerate it, the chances for another estrogen receptive cancer drop from 20% to less than 2% . . . Darn good odds. But I refuse to sacrifice quality of life for even those odds. Right now, I'm not convinced it's worth it. However, I am learning a little more all the time about the supplements I need to stay on top. I plan to pick up some Glutamine today. My major complaint is how weak my arms feel. Supplementing with Magnesium plays a huge role. I think NCD is helping too. I just wish NCD had a longer track record because I'd love to just rely on it! I'm off to visit family and friends today. Hugs and prayers, Rogene
Guest guest
I am really happy that your pre-op appt when so well! Your surgeon sounds like a really decent human being. I will be praying that your insurance will cover your surgery including the lift! I am glad to hear that you are feeling better again, and that the ncd and the sea salt are working for you. It would be great if the show's producers actually wanted to use your story...actually that would be awesome. But I would be very surprised if they did. It certainly never hurts to try. You never know when something like that will pay off. Thanks for sharing all of your good news and be sure to have a blessed Easter! Guest guest
Rogene I hope you have a great time in texas. I wish I was in Dallas visiting my son right now. Even though I just saw him in march, I always miss him. Have a great Easter. Keep plugging away at getting your protocol right for feeling good again. If anybody can , you can. You are an inspiration to all of us. Take good care of yourself, but enjoy yourself! Happy Easter! Guest guest
Hi , The doctor sounds like a gem, I'm glad you've found him. I'm sure you'll be posting before your surgery, but I just wanted to wish you the best of luck with that. I'm glad the products you've been trying have helped you. Guest guest
Rogene Sorry to hear that. But I am sure it is only temporary. I would love to get together in Dallas. Let me know when you are going again. I am sure I will be there again sometime this summer or fall. Hugs, Kathy > > Thanks Kathy . . . > > I'm enjoying myself . . . but I can definitely tell my > energy is lower than usual on these trips! . . . > > Maybe we can plan to get together when we're both in > the area! > > Hugs, > > Rogene >

Don't want to deal with more of that right now---thanks, but I have a full plate! is graduating high school that weekend so I know I will be here. But maybe late summer or fall? Guest guest
Actually, you could... I had my THR and I left the hospital to go home about 10 hours after surgery.
