Guest guest
Hi Kathy, I cannot begin to imagine what you are going through with all this herxing and pain you are having when trying to make yourself better. It must be so frustrating and pretty scary to try anything new. I am not aware of your story, just wondered if you have been explanted ? You said that all seemed to be going well, then you started a raw food diet and some weeks later the pain came back. Well, I have to admit, that I am afraid to change too much in the way of my diet. I have cut out sweet things and processed foods but cannot find the strength to go all the way and eat totally healthy. I also have to admit, that I do occasionally have the odd chocolate bar!! Naughty I know, but extreemly nice!! I do know that when I eat white bread, I itch more but sometimes I have to just have a little but generally, I behave and avoid it. I just find that some days I can eat a choc bar and have no itching and others, eat totally healthy but still itch. Gosh, it gets so frustrating and confusing trying to work out what is causing what. But at the end of the day, I know its the silicone so until I have them out, I can never stop the itching for good, but am trying to help reduce it. I think if I were in your shoes, I would perhaps seek some help like you mentioned as we can drive ourselves mad trying to work things out and this adds to our symptons. Anyway, Kathy, stay strong and positive and you will come through. We can all only do what we feel is right and best for our own bodies and it is so nice to be able to share experiences with each other, even if we cannot always find the solution. I just thank my lucky stars every day that I found this group, Love
