Today's Helpful Hint: While EFT is often highly successful for improving blood pressure and cholesterol levels, you cannot expect it to continually neutralize the effects of high stress situations or a poor diet. If you keep causing the problem, you can't expect EFT to keep bailing you out. If, after EFT, these problems keep "coming back" then this is a big clue that your life style needs changing.
