I think so...you didn't refresh my mind on any of your other symptoms,

but the numb and achy arms, neck and shoulders I could relate to.

GMCLady,

I have numb, achy arms, pain in my arms, neck and shoulders. I also have burning across my chest. I'm scheduled for surgery (explant) on May 3rd with Dr. Kolb.

I had and still have severe pain and weakness in my arms, shoulders,

and in my neck. My pain is very debilitating, causing me to not be

able to work or attend my classes. I cannot write, type, or do

anything with fine motor skills without pain. My pain started one year

before explant. My saline implants were removed this past Feb by Dr.

Feng. I have not found relief from this just yet. My chronic fatigue

and muscle pain in my legs have gotten better since explant. My hair

has stopped falling out and my eyes are not as chronically dry as they

used to be. When listneing to others here, some do find relief of

symptoms right away, and some do not. Our results are as unique as we

are. So many things are factored into our healing that it is hard to

predict whether or not you will find relief right after explant. I

have hope that one day my pain will be gone, I do however get very

frustrated when I think of all the things I cant do anymore. I pray you

will find the answeres you seek also healing in your body.

GMC Lady,

If you address the person's name that your talking to it might make it easier. I have been sick since 1996 with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia and many others problems. The extreme pain, numbness etc. started in December of 2005. I thought I had the flu only the flu doesn't last 5 months!!! I'm a breast cancer survivor and was first implanted in 1989 with silicone implants. Then in 2003 with saline implants. Dr. Kolb thinks that because of my severe symptons and that my msh test came back low, that I have either mold or fungus in my implants caused by a rupture or a leak. I'm nervous about going to Atlanta but I know in my heart that this is the right and best thing to do.

Blessings
