hi , and welcome! Funny, my mom said the same thing...seems like some

doctors want you half dead before they want to even think about treating your

thyroid problem!

Why??? I haven't figured that one out yet. Glad to hear you're feeling better

and getting back to the land of the living!!! {{hugs,}} sheila

Hi Newly diagnosed- should say at long last diagnosed.

I was at tsh 8 and felt like I should be dead, 5 days

of treatment and I am starting to feel alive again. Do

I ever get the situation with doctors, its like they

wait to see if you are about to die before they treat-

why so???? Anyway nice to meet you all tc Lyn

Hi, ,

I'd be very interested in the web site you mention for exercies to do

for positional vertigo. Please send it here or to my email. I will be speaking

to my surgeon about this tomorrow (Friday) but would like to see what the web

has to offer, too. Thanks so much.

Hi, ,

I wore my hearing aid in my unimplanted ear from day one until I was

wheeled into surgery to go bilateral. I initially tried not wearing it but, for

me, it just didn't work. I found it to be extremely helpful. So give it a

try. If you hate it, just pull the darn thing out and continue to enjoy the CI

on its own.
