Gluten free/rice free chocolate muffin recipe?

Does anyone have a gluten free/rice free chocolate muffin recipe? I decided to

pull rice from

my son's already limited diet. We still have high ammonia levels so I am really

trying to put a

limit on the protein. I have been making lots of muffins this weekend but my son

does not

welcome them because they are not chocolate. He really loves the Namaste

Chocolate Cake

that I always make into muffins. I know that the pecanbread group could help me

but we are

not technically SCD yet. Does anyone have any suggestions?
