Guest guest
Also, if one's diet is clean with lots of fruits and vegetables, your sweat should not be stinky. Vegetarians have the cleanest smelling sweat. I don't wear deodorant or antiperspirant at all and am not stinky, even at the gym when I'm very sweaty. I did notice when I first started the detox/cleanse supplements I am taking that my sweat did have a slight odor to it. Guest guest
Hi Kenda, Don't know exactly where I am coming in on this post but wanted to say that I agree with you on the topic of sweat. lol. We all do, but not all smell because of it. A "clean" diet smells very little. I also use any type of deodorant very seldom and work and sweat everyday. I do use crystal rock on occasion when I feel the need for something extra. My hubby always tells me I smell fresh as a flower. no joking aside.
