Hi Patty

The only way I could get back on was to put my home primary e-mail

address - it doesn't seem to want my one. The big problem is

that all the messages come to that e-mail. I prefer to just come to

the support group and sign on. Do you have any idea how I can fix

this? Thank you,

You can read the group from the web (chose " No Mail " ),

or you can get messages in groups of 25 by chosing

" Daily Digest " . This allows you to scan through the

messages without opening, closing and deleting every

message.

If I understand it right, here are my suggestions....

Change your delivery option to web only reading for our group. You

can do that through the " edit membership " link on our home webpage. To

sign on and read the messages you will just need your ID and

password. This will stop all the messages coming to your home email

address.

If you want your email account to be reactivated, and send the

messages there, I think you can do that. You would need to check it

regularly to keep it open. You don't need a email account for

the group, but if anyone wants to respond to your messages privately,

they will go to whatever email you have associated with the group. If

the account goes unused, it becomes inactive and that is why the

emails have been getting returned.

If you need any more help, let me know! I think the answer is just to

change your delivery option to web only reading.

hi patty! I hope your bible study went good.I realized on friday i forgot all about it .I had a bible study at my church and i got alot of it to. Would have love to meet you and other ladys.

Do you go to Dr james heltzel in las vegas he is a holistic dentist .Im going to him .Im thinking of getting 4 or 5 of my teeth pulled in the back. But not sure what to do there my big teeth in back . I have one crown and the rest were worked on years ago for fixing filling I need 2 mercury filling taken care of fun fun. But im really glad i found Dr heltzel .I have never gone to a denstist that didnt use floride in teeth cleaning and he used organic products to. Well all im doing much better since i had a good cry this weekend. I thought ive forgiven myself for getting implants well that came up and i cryed to that i just cant believe the FDA . How can thye not care that woman get sick from implants and kids. It wasnt just about the implants it was about vaccination medicine i was upset about to. What about do no harm. But i guess that why i look up so much stuff.

But im doing good i had my surgery jan 20 2006 from Dr kolb .Ive healed great! SOmetime i wish i got a lift but there starting to lift on there own since i workout. It all takes time. The healing, the emotions and the physical part. I healed very fast.The emotions i thought i was doing great with but i have issue that come up sometimes. I feel great after i cry and it like my mind clears.God helps me and give s me the answers. Even though im out of my supplement which i get this week im doing pretty good.Im still doing raw apple cider vinegar. I can tell if i forget to take it. So glad you had a good trip!

We just got back from seeing my Navy son in San Diego, and we saw the same type of changes in our son. He looks so much more muscular and manly...it's hard to believe all the changes I've seen in him in the past year. I miss him so much.

I have a few symptoms flaring up these days, and I am really not very happy about it. I have to wonder what is bringing this on. I seems that it is related to my getting a root canal, as shortly after that event, I started noticeing a more backward slide. I am getting ready to get these root canaled teeth pulled. I can't take it anymore.

Hopefully spring will bring some welcome changes for many of us!

Hi Michele, I was thinking of you on Friday....we had a fantastic Bible study! There were 8 of us, and Anita from our group was there...it was so good to see her! Daryl didn't make it, but she called later. I am hoping she will make it next week. I am sorry you didn't make it, but you can still come! I am glad to hear you are in a Bible study at your church. It can be so inspiring, and I especially am inspired by Beth 's words. I've been going to Dr. Heltzel ever since we got here in Vegas, and I love him. I've shared alot of info about the implant connection with him, and he is always interested. He has treated my family and I with so much love and kindness. He is definitely holistic in practice. He does not place root canals, nor does he do extractions of root canaled

teeth. Just wanted you to know that, because he gave me the name of a dentist in Mesa, AZ to do the proper extraction. (Dr. Margolis at 1303 Longmore St.) His wife is also into holistic medicine. She used to work in his office as a dental hygienist, but now she attends school to study more holistic medicine. She worked with me trying to avoid the root canals, and shared her own story of how her health was compromised at one time, until she got her root canals out. She is really sweet. She gave me a book to read called "Root Canal Cover-Up" and it was really shocking what they've known for decades about root canals. From what I've read, it seems that there are some people that can handle them, and some that cannot, just like implants. It all depends on the immune system I guess. Dr. Heltzel is one of the nicest dentists I have ever known. He really is a great guy. It sounds like you are doing all the right things, Michele! Hi Patty

I have never been tested for Hashimoto's, would the usual thyroid

studies reveal the need to test for Hashimoto's? After feeling sooo

wonderful for more than a month, I am having a relapse - or maybe a

herx. I was around a lot of people with nasty colds and decided to

take some liquid echinacea, and I think it makes me herx really

bad. I'm not getting discouraged yet.

Hard for me to imagine purposely trying to get a dose of fats, but I

understand the benefits you explained. I wanted to mention too that

I used vitamin E oil on my left breast scar and not on the right.

Hi Cherie, The need for a Hashimoto's thyroid test may not be revealed through normal thyroid tests. That is, you can have completely normal thyroid test results, and have undiagnosed Hashimoto's. This is because you may not necessarily be in need of thyroid replacement therapy with Hashimoto's. Your body can be attacking your thyroid, but the thyroid levels can still be normal. Basically at that point, the thyroid is in the process of failing, not yet failed enough for treatment. It will soon be. The only way to know if you have autoimmune thyroid disease is to test for anti-thyroid antibodies. For me that was an Anti-TPO test (anti-thyroid peroxidase). I am not sure if there are any other names for it. Great testimony on the Vit E outcome! I wish I had done that. I'd love for you to put up any pictures

Sandy, My doctor showed me in a book, that the bowel and bladder meridians run right through the lower back.
