Guest guest
Stacie, I don't know about the best way, but I do know several options in trying to attain a better alkaline balance if you are currently more on the acidic side. I seem to have this problem now, so I'm right there too. Here are some options: Drink lemon water in the morning upon rising. Drink 1 tsp apple cider vinegar in water during the day. Take apple cider vinegar baths: http://www.alternativehealth.co.nz/cancer/bath.htm VINEGAR BATH: This is used when the body is too acidic. This is a quick way of restoring the acid-alkaline balance. 1 cup to 2 quarts of 100% apple cider vinegar to a bathtub of warm water. Soak 40 to 45 minutes. This is excellent for excess uric acid in the body and especially for the joints, arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, and gout. Eat primarily raw fruits and veggies...these are alkaline forming foods. For a list, see our files section, and look for the article Acid & Alkaline Balance in the Diet: /files/Healing% 20Therapies/ Hope this helps!
