The best form of glutathione is OSR. It quadruples the blood level of glutathione.

Can anyone please share with me their opinions on the best form of Glutathione.  Our Dan said we could do an IV every 2 weeks but we don't want to subject our little one to that.  Some use a cream and some talk about patches or supplements.  Which is best for long term use and please share what your experiences have been with the type that you use.  Thank you so much for sharing and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!! !!!!!!
