Guest guest Posted April 8, 2006 Report Share Posted April 8, 2006 I have recently lost 17 pounds on a low carb diet, but now I want to start a cleanse...maybe just juice...but, last year when I went on several cleanses my metabolism dropped so much that I was only losing four pounds or so every month. Thus, it took 5 months to lose 19 pounds. When I hit a plateau for several months I stopped dieting until 2 months ago. I feel that I am on a losing roll now and don't want to upset the apple-cart because I have at least another 50 pounds to lose, yet I do want to clease to be healthier. Your weight will probably be the right level when everything else is in balance.
