(I know that calcium citrate is the easiest to absorb, but I've used magnesium citrate in a liver flush before--it is liquid! Guess that's out!) Also, how many milligrams? Do you take it as a separate supplement, or always in conjunction with Calcium? Several times a day, or once? Before bed for sleep assistance? Just wondering!
