Guest guest
, I have the same thing, right arm feeling like it's gonna fall off. It comes and goes like crazy too. One day ok next real bad etc. I don't know why we get this, I am convinced it's the implants since I have only had mine a little over a year. What are some of your other symptoms. I am scared to death right now and my mind keeps jumping back and forth. I know its my implants, yet you keep going through denial periods because you have been told so many times by DR's this can't happen. It is confusing for me I do know that. Guest guest
It will get better, I am sure of it! What are you currently doing to detox or with your diet? Perhaps we can make some suggestions. I am very excited by some new things I am trying. I think I am really onto something but want to give it a little more time before sharing. Hang in there. I know sometimes it seems as if life will never change, but it will. With every breath we take there is the possibility of change for the better. I thought it was going to be a good one, I woke up early, took a hot bath to loosen up and got the kids off to school. I had to go to the medical center this morning for a urine drug test. It is required for my volunteering for Hospice. Anyway, I had to fill out a form with my name, address, and contact numbers. It wasn't a long form by any means. I couldnt finish the form before my writring arm hurt all the way up to my shoulder. I am frustrated, the most basic of tasks I can't do without pain. How am I going to ever find a job that doesn't use arms? I cried all the way home, my arm has hurt like this for over a year now, when will it ever go away? Guest guest
Hi , I am so sorry your day is going so poorly. I too have days like this and find myself asking why -- why me?? Why do bad things happen to good people?? I know several people that abuse their bodies and seem 100 times healthier than me. I try to keep a positive attitude, but some days I can be so negative. You are right I have no answers, but know that you are in my thoughts. I have a hard time doing this, but I have heard several people say these are the times we need to put our burdens in God's hands and know that he has a plan for us. Sending you big hugs!!!! Guest guest
Kathy, Let me know how your experiment works. I am currently following the Maker's diet rules. Using Super Seed, Perfect Food, Fungal Defense, Living Vitamins, I take garlic every day. I am also doing FIR sauna everyother day, on a Heavy Metal Cleanse by CleanseSMART. I walk everyday, somedays more than others. I have been detoxing since 4 months prior to explant, now 7 months total. My doctor does laser acupuncture for symptom management. I am curious to know what you are trying. I have even done colon cleanses, yeast cleanses, full body cleanses, and ION cleanses (which hurt bad!) My kinesiologist hasn't seen it hurt anyone till me. I don't know what else I can do. Thanks for your suggestions! mikat828 <mikat828@...> wrote: It will get better, I am sure of it! What are you currently doing to detox or with your diet? Guest guest
, It sure sounds like you have been doing all the right things. I am sorry you have had such a hard time with this pain. Some women seem to suffer from it more than others, and I don't know why. There is some concern over potent inflammatory cytokines....exactly how this all works together I am not sure, but I found that I could not tolerate the green foods supplements...things like Barleygreen, Perfect food, Bluegreen Algae, Chlorella, Spirulina...all those green things, even juicing greens for an extended period of time brought back all my brain fog symptoms and made me feel terrible. I guess the concern is that all these healthy things can raise levels of cytokines, which is for us NOT a good thing since we are already having trouble with inflammation. Cytokines are good for fighting infection, but if their ultimate effect is inflammatory in nature (which is a normal bodily response in the right circumstances) those of us with chronic inflammatory conditions can do poorly instead of doing better. I certainly felt that I had some chronic inflammation going on in my body. If you are interested in suggestions, I can offer one or two. They are: 1) Stop doing all the stuff you are doing right now and just take a break from it. Watch your diet of course, but cut out the supplements that you feel you can, focusing on those green ones. Let you body settle down for a little bit and see if some of those issues dissipate or lessen. It seemed odd to me to stop doing the juices because I knew they were good from all the information that I had read, but unfortunately, in my situation I did not want to raise cytokines, and that is probably what was going on. 2) Focus on the supplements that reduce inflammation in the body. These would be supplements such as Vitamin C in large doses, fish oils and the other omega 3 fatty acids. (like Evening Primrose Oil, flaxseed oil, borage oil, black currant oil.) Try to avoid Omega 6 fats (usually from saturated animal fats) and increase your omega 3 fats. Also, try to focus on Dr. Weil's anti-inflammation diet. I had wanted to post that before, and never did. I will try to post that today. I hope this helps! I think your dedication to doing the right things is very commendable! Perhaps tweaking your diet just a little to help fight inflammation will be helpful. I'd be interested to know if you do try it and find it to be helpful. I'll try to post that info on the anti-inflammation diet now. God bless! Patty Lamse <wannabe_proverbs31@...> wrote: Kathy, Let me know how your experiment works. Guest guest
, It does sound as though you're trying too hard . . . too many things at a time... I know how desparate you are to get well! . . . But it takes time for the body to rebuild itself. I agree with Patty that you should back off for a little while . . . Then when you start back, start one thing at a time and gradually build your program. Learning how to manage herxes is tricky . . . The goal is to be able to have a life while you get the toxins out. . . Hopefully you'll feel a big bounce UP when you back off! . . . Just concentrate on eating well, getting rest and managing stress. . . One step, one day at a time. You'll get there! Guest guest
Hi , I'm so sorry you had a bad day. There are alot of ups and downs involved in implant illness. I battled depression alot this week, and had some lows but also a few highs. I was doing well for about a month and was disappointed when I had a bad spell this past week. I'm glad you chose to vent here, though, because it really does help, and I honestly believe in time you'll recover. Just keep taking the best care of yourself that you can. Guest guest
Donna, I went through alot of denial periods on the days when I felt better, but when I thought about it logically, I was FINE until I got implants, and within weeks I had all this stuff happening to my body that had never happened before. Guest guest
Wow. YOu are doing alot of detoxing at once. I know that you are anxious to get out of pain and get your life back, but too much detoxing at once can actually have the opposite effect. I have discussed this issue with alot of people over the last few years, and there is a general consensus that too much detoxing or taking too many products at once or detoxing too fast is more harmful than beneficial. Some people can just " tough it out " and get better, but others seem to get worse for a very long time and I am talking months or years. I can't tell you the number of people that I have heard about or personally talked to that had to cut way back on what they were doing for several days to weeks to experience an improvement in their pain. I am one of them. Thre have been many episodes where in my enthusiasm to get better, I progressed with a detox effort to the point of almost unbearable pain and then it would not let up even after I quit what I was doing. At first, it seemed if I waited several days I would get better. But the last year or so, it would take weeks and even months to recover from some of my detox efforts. The last one was epsom salt baths. I started taking one every day without fail. After a few weeks I added in the FIR. I was gradually getting more leg pain. Then all of a sudden I had really bad pain and a vibrating feeling. It took two months to get it back under control. Last fall I decided to try a raw food diet and was also drinking lots of raw milk. At first, I was feeling great! It was awesome. Then after about 2 weeks I started feeling like I was getting the flu--only it was the herx from hell. This was in early november. It took me to january to get out of it. I now know that I must have a severely deficient detoxification system. So killing off pathogens or detoxing chemicals leaves them circulating but not carried out of my body. This is what I am trying to work on now. It is slow going. But when not detoxing, I feel normal for most of the time. There are answers, It is just a matter of hitting on what is right for me. It is the same for you. All I can tell you is that all the things you are taking would have put me in severe pain. The fungal defense by itself is quite strong. In my opinion much stronger than primal defense. And I have used perfect food and can't take as much as a tsp a day without developing increasing pain in my legs andarms and vibratory feeling. And this is when I had no pain in my arms and legs before taking it. If I were you, Iwould stick to the Maker's diet, but cut out the fungal defense, perfect food, and heavy metal cleanse. I would cut back on the FIR and the garlic. I would just make sure my diet was very clean, maybe eat a little garlic and start the Primal Defense Ultra, working up slowly. YOu are just throwing too much at your poor body at once. I think the GArden of Life products are wonderful, but for me most of them are way too strong. I can still only take like one living multi a day or I will react, and their enzymes and goatein make me herx like crazy too. Please give this a try. It may take several days to a week or more, but I thiink you will notice a decrease in pain. Please be patient and listen to your body. That is why we shouldn't take so many supplements at once. WE can't tell what is helping and what isn't. I am keeping yoiu in my prayers. Love, Kathy > > > > Good Morning Ladies, > > > > I am having a rough morning. Guest guest
Hey , I've asked this question alot too. It just doesn't seem fair that some women can seem to retain the implants in their body with no negative effects while they are abusing themselves in so many other ways. It doesn't make any sense to me, but all I can do is live with the hand that I've been dealt and trust that God is doing a mighty work in our lives through it. Everyone is so individual, and our immune systems are like a fingerprint. No two are alike, though they may look all the same. I have to believe that our bodies have the ability to get over all of this and that we can live full and symptom-free lives again. I pray that you feel some relief very soon. Be patient. It's just a very slow process at times. Patty Lamse <wannabe_proverbs31@...> wrote: Good Morning Ladies, I am having a rough morning.
