Donna: Someone on this list told me an eye doctor can do the VCS test (it's some sort of vision test). Is Dr. Kolb going your surgery? She does these tests and tested me when I went to see her last month--I had to fly out there but it was worth it. Basically she was testing me for the symptoms of mold exposure, which I still have 14 months after explant (not as bad, though). My tests came back showing multiple sensitivity (chemicals) and mold sensitivity. She put me on Cholestyramine (Dr. Shoemaker's treatment for mold) and Sporanox. I've been seeing some improvement since being on them. Also, detoxing is very important.
