Guest guest
and , Dr. Melmed is on the list, he is incredible breast implant removal doctor for Silicone patients mainly. He only does explant will not put an implant in a women what so ever. He is great for women with Silicone, he simply does not believe the saline implants are as dangerous. Guest guest
, I was wiped out after surgery! I am sure they take the implants to a sterile place shortly after surgery and pre-pair them to be sent to Dr. Blais, if you op for that testing. She did take pictures for me I brought in a throw away camera and it was sealed so no germs. I have not got them developed and don't know if I am even ready to look at them anyway, I read my post operation report and almost threw up and was crying. It is hard to see things come out of your own body for me anyway. It is like a slap in my face. I am taking that slowly I don't want to get my nerves upset because It might make my healing and symptoms become worse. I just want to be well if you can understand that situation. Dr. Kolb does not normally take pictures of saline, but she does silicone implants. This is why if you want pics, I learned this off of explantation.com, bring a throw away new in box to her, she will do for you. I didn't want the pics of surgery, I couldn't stomach that, only pictures of implants with capsules and then implants with capsules removed. I will develop someday and maybe look at them, but just not right now, I will cry or get sick again. Donna
Guest guest
Thanks...so which DR did you use ? I have found a DR here close to my home that does EnBLOC a lot not real sure he believes saline implants make you sick but he does a lot of En BLoc and has photos...so even being sick...do you think using him would be ok ? I'm still batting around who to use while I wait for the paperwork to submit to my insurance company.
Guest guest
He is on the list only because he has been outspoken on the dangers of silicone gel implants, and he knows how to remove implants en bloc. However, I think he is being narrow minded in his assessment of the mold and toxin issue associated with implants. I had saline implants and mine were removed en bloc. I also have seen a Las Vegas doctor do an en bloc removal of saline implants. Perhaps en bloc is not needed in every saline implant removal, but if not, then a total capsulectomy is an absolute MUST. Bottom line is that all the scar tissue has to come out, either way. And from what I've heard, he has trouble committing to that in every instance. I hate to say anything negative about any of our recommended doctors, but his statements are easily refuted by Dr. Lu Feng and Dr. Kolb. He may be kind and compassionate, but in order to help us, he also needs to err on the side of caution for the sake of our health. It doesn't seem that he is doing that. I appreciate Dr. Melmed, but if anyone chooses him, they need to be absolutely clear about what they want done and make sure he understands that. Particularly since they seem to go away with explantation or in the very least are better with time.......... He is on the recommended doctor list isn't he? >> Asked him about mold and detox and en bloc removal for saline implants and > he said " he's never seen mold " and what toxins need to be detoxed ? Guest guest
Patty, I agree with that because, when I checked out Dr. Melmed, Dr. Feng and Dr. Kolb. I e-mailed him all 33 symptoms and it was well explained e-mail. He e-mailed me back and said, you have not had your implants that long, why don't you get your PS to just remove them. My quack PS would remove in his office and let all those bio-toxins leak into my body. Thank God I didn't take that advice. I would not be here. I have a MSH level 8 and bio-toxin disease from saline implants. Makes me want to e-mail him my post-op report. I just hate that women are going through so much because of implants it makes me sicker. Donna
