Guest guest
, I have some bruising and my right breast the infected one is still more sore and more bruising. I only have my incision around the areola, I think she called it a donut lift. It will take time to heal I guess, I heard like 3 months to fluff out, not for sure though. Dr. Kolb recommends using mederma for scars. I had stitches that had to be removed one week after surgery and they are gone now. I just wondered how long it takes for the nipple to heal? How long post-op are you? Thanks for the support ! Donna
Guest guest
Donna, When I had mine put in they were put in thru the areola...and as I recall, it took several months for all the redness to go away.... Don't worry...they will become almost invisible......with time. > > , > > I have some bruising and my right breast the infected one is still more sore > and more bruising. Guest guest
Hi Donna, I am 5, almost 6 weeks post op. Did you have saline or silicone, I cannot remember. They say Silicone do not fluff as much as Saline so I am not thinking I will fluff much more. If I do, it will be a bonus. I had bruising for about 4 weeks. It sounds like your healing nicely. Guess we have to be patient, not easy though huh. -- Re: Donna re Stitches , I have some bruising and my right breast the infected one is still more sore and more bruising.
