Guest guest
, I am about the same. I stink I need a shower for sure. I am still tired but anesthesia wipes me out. I think the shock to my body getting that infected implant out, anesthesia and all the meds I am on. It might take some time. I have to stay positive, I can't get no worse now that the infected implant is out of me. Donna
Guest guest
Donna, Hi. It's Penni. I understand your question and I have a feeling plastic surgeons are taught very little about infections inside the capsule. Mine told me in December of 2004 that I would just have to live with the pain in my left breast and he gave me a tte Bra as a Christmas present. What a joke. Hope your feeling better. We just got home Thursday and I have been VERY wiped out. Blessings, Penni > > > > Well you got lucky I begged for help, no luck except for the > support site. > > Thank God for that! Guest guest
---Penni, glad your home and able to rest. I had a similar with my plastic surgeon (not the one who implanted me - he's retired) 5 yrs. ago I went to see him complaining of a painful right breast - he examined me manually and said, " Oh, you're bound to have a little pain for implants. " Toodle Ooo! I was hesitant to see him again, when my family doctor referred me to a ps here in Red Deer (I live in Alberta, Canada), I was supposed to see a female doctor, however, she was on maternity leave. So I ended up with Dr. Furness again. I wasn't going to see him, but I prayed about it and got prompted to give him a chance. Turns out he's a good surgeon, very detailed oriented, explained how he does the capsulectomy, agreed regarding me sending the implants to Dr. Blais, and said he would do reconstruction 6 months post surgery. My surgery is July 26. I am excited and nervous! Love 'n Peace, Sunny In , " copperpenni " <penniquilts@...> wrote: > > Donna, > > Hi.
