Guest guest
I think said that Glutamine helped her quite a bit before explant. I didn't take anything, but my symptoms were always worse before my period, too. Guest guest
Yes, Sis is right. I tried L_Glutamin with L_Cystine and Alphoic Acid. I am still taking it, Rogene too and she has seen a big improvement. I also feel worse before my period. Must be the hormones!! Guest guest
I have the same thing with increased pain right before my period. It makes me so upset. I also have been getting a cold sore with every period since explant. It must be due to increased stress on the immune system during this time. Guest guest
Hey thanks...can you tell me what yoghurt drink or probiotic drink is ? And also what do these things actually help ? Aches pains etc ????
Guest guest
I buy mine from any Health Shop. They have everything for bodybuilders. It comes in a tin and is in Powder form. On the tin is written, Pure L:Glutamin Stack. I take 3 teaspoons mixed into a glass of yoghurt drink or probiotic drink a day. It does come in capsule form but these are not good for me as I take a high dose so would end up taking far too many capsules. Also, capsules take longer to work and to get into the system. The L_Cystine and Alphoic Acid come in capsules of 500mg. I take 2 of each per day. . -- Re: Bad day today Thanks where do I get and how much do I take ? Guest guest
I suffered feeling poorly about a week before my period also. I always got the brain fog back. I was certain it was hormonally related. It has lessened considerably, and then almost entirely went away, only to be replaced with fluctuating periods now. I must be in peri-menopause! Just wanted to mention that it is very common for women to feel bad right before their period. Our hormones are very much involved in these illnesses, as evidenced by a host of autoimmune diseases more prevalent in women than in men. Patty Lambert <manditenerife1@...> wrote: Yes, Sis is right. Guest guest
Probiotics (and yogurt) contain beneficial organisms that are essential to life. These organisms get killed off by medications (especially antibiotics), or a suppressed immune system. Read " The Maker's Diet " for a really good explanation.
