Guest guest
Hi Susie, I haven't been on beta blockers for over a year or maybe even two, unless Apo-Nadolol is a beta blocker. I know the Triamterene I am taking is a diuretic. I take these two blood pressure meds daily though. While I have been taking these I have not had a high readings unless I have been in the emergency with chest pains. (which was probably my tummy talking to me). During my mibi stress test it did go up to 220/110 in the first five minutes. I was thinking of getting a blood pressure moniter though, to see how I'm doing when I'm not at the doctors or at the drug store. I can't remember the last time I checked my pulse or what it is suppose to be. How do you find time to work? You seem to be always helping everyone on this group. Truck driver, Cool!!! Every time we take out the fifth 5th wheel now I am going to think of you parking it instead of my brother-in-law. My hubby and I entertain the whole campsite for about 30 minutes every time we get to the campsite. One time I even got out of the truck and asked everyone if they would like popcorn or peanuts because the show was about to begin. They all roared. When we do go with my brother-in-law he parks it for us in about 2 minutes. Well I know you're a busy lady so I'll let you go and I'll go back to reading all my e-mails. ~~~Faye~~~

Stick your fingers on your carotid artery on the left side of your neck. Looking at your watch, count the beats for 15 seconds, then multiply by 4. That close to your heart, you get a nice, strong beat that is easy to read. << How do you find time to work? And many things are changing in my life. I am soon moving to the mountains of eastern Arizona to live with the man I love for a year and a half, until he can take early retirement. Then we are returning here, to spend the rest of our lives. He is a lurker on this group, and is the most wonderful person I know. His name is Rob. Feel free to tease him, or blow him a kiss. Like a " good dog, " he welcomes all attention! lololol Susie )
