Ok I got the LGlutamine how do you take 3 teaspoon all at once different time of day...what ? Also I got the Alpha Lipoic mine are 200 mg...how do I take theses ? Thanks girls

Hi There,

I suggest you start with one teaspoon twice a day. With breakfast then with dinner to see how you get on.

Then after a few days, try having two teaspoons at breakfast and one at dinner. If you are OK with that, either stick to that or you could take the three tea teaspoons in one go when it suits you.

I say this because at first I began with three teaspoons and had a type of pressure feeling in my chest. I reduced the dose and it went so increased the dose gradually. All our bodies are different so you have to kind of experiment to see what suits you best.

Did you read the information I sent. I don't know your name so couldn't address it to you!!

I take 1000mg a day of Alphoic Acid but mine are 500 mg capsules which would mean you taking 5! If yours are only 200mg.

What does the bottle suggest? Go with that suggested dose first and see.

Just don't expect miracles at first. All supplements take time to get into our systems and we have to stick with it.

Its funny, when I've bought a new cream in the past, expecting it to work miracles overnight on my lines, I get disheartened but we now know that these products work over many months. I've learned to be patient. Something we have all had to learn whilst waiting for explants and improvements in our symptoms.
