Guest guest
Alpha lipoic acid is the name of the supplement, also known as ALA. It helps in the production of glutathione and is a very potent antioxidant. I highly recommend it for all of our members, along with milk thistle, and n-acetyl cysteine. All of these are liver supportive. Patty GMCLADY98@... wrote: Alphoic acid...did you spell it wrong or mean something else....the L Glutamin won't make you gain weight ...will it ? Sneak preview the all-new .com. It's not radically different. Just radically better.
