Cheryl....I hope you get this.....your cleaning like a madwoman sent

up some serious flags for me! Please be careful.

Because if there is something floating around in the air, you are

stirring it up by cleaning.

I realize of course that it puts you in a catch 22. This may sound

insignificant, but if you are really concerned about potential

toxins in your home, at least go to Walmart and get some of those

masks (like they use in surgery) and ALWAYS plastic disposable

gloves. Both of which can be found in the pharmacy area by the band-

aids. The masks aren't going to save your life in the case of

chemical warfare or anything, but something is better than nothing.

Empower yourself and do what you can to protect your precious health.
