I went to Dr. Kolb, I had no sag before BA a little over a year ago. I paid Dr. Kolb for the lift and let her decide when I was knocked under. I just said, I would like not to have the lift but if I really need it then do it. I didn't want to look bad is what I told her. I did need the lift, she done it and made the choice for me. I totally trusted her to do that for me. I am glad that didn't need the lift after she paid for it. I am older than her though I am 37. That should prove that you can trust Dr. Kolb not to do some uneeded surgery on you. If you don't need she won't do it. I think I needed it because my right side was so infected and with the Capsular Contracture on my right side for so long. I started to look deformed. It still is not healed up after 3 weeks post op. There is still pain and small amount of bruising there on the right side. I guess were all the infection was for a little over a year it is harder side to heal? I don't know, if not better soon I may go to Atlanta for a check-up. I talked to my boyfriend about it today. He said, I should wait another week or so. I don't know any suggestions for that. I would totally trust Dr. Kolb to make the decision if you need the lift or not, but I would also make sure the money is there. I changed my finance's when I got there because was scared if she got in there and the money was not there and I needed it. Then I took a risk of having to go back and get a lift later. That was a thought and one I decided that would be my very last breast surgery, if I can help it. I am glad I made the change because I needed the lift. If I did not I would be getting another surgery and ouchy no no. Good Luck!!!

Often it depends on the doctor that you use, but many of our better

plastic surgeons do not think that a lot of smaller breasted women

need a lift upon removal. Especially if you are fairly young still

and your skin will bounce back with some time.

As a person who was just explanted yesterday after having the implants in x7 years, I think the determining factor is how long have you had them in? >> Don't know if you guys can help with this question but thought I'd > asked anyway. > I found out today that my saline implants were Mentor 250's with the > left one filled to 288 and the right one filled to 275.
