One of our silent sisters tells me that Judge Pointer

- who oversaw the law suit debacle went to work for

the manufacturer's after his retirement from the

bench! . . .

Kinda confirms what we felt all along, doesn't it?

Well, while I thought he saw both sides, I was always of the opinion

that he had a real problem with alcohol, and some of the attorneys

thought so also. There was a huge rumor in Birmingham about this.
