Guest guest
Kenda, I am going to try to put this in my bedroom. I have the space. While my bathroom is large..I don't have the needed width space for it there. That would have been ideal. I don't have too many other choices. I could put it in the garage or upstairs in the room above the garage...but I don't think it will be as assessible for use. I suppose we can't have clothes on with this so privacy is sort of important. I just called because I was wondering about the cedar smell ..and whether it would permeate my bedroom. THey told me it would...for about a week and a half..sort of the new furniture smell....and then the smell would just be inside the unit. So....when I get it ..I am thinking about airing out the pieces outside (not in the direct sun but outside)...for a couple of days or so..... > >> > >> Are the halogens for reading? > >> > >> Kenda > >> > >> > >>> Rogene, > >>> This unit has 2 halogen lights on the ceiling..... > >>> It has 6 heaters...2 on back, one on each side, one at your feet > > and > >>> one in the front......... > >>> I am excited....and hope it helps to detox these heavy metals I > >>> have..... > >>> > >>> > >>> --- In , Rogene S <saxony01@> wrote: > >>>> > >>>> , > >>>> > >>>> I know you'll be happy with your sauna . . . Guest guest
Hi , Mine will fit in my bedroom too but I'm not sure I want it blocking a window. I have an exercise/yoga room but it's pretty small and again, the sauna will block windows, even larger windows because the yoga room is windows on three sides. It will fit in our office/extra bedroom but then I won't ever be able to fit an extra bed in. Guess that won't matter because my son will move away to go to college in two years. I'd be concerned about the cedar smell if you are sensitive to it. I don't know how the outside will not smell of cedar but the inside will. Maybe because they assume you'll keep the door closed? Guest guest
Hi Kenda I don't know either...but....I have a 30 day return policy and if it is bad and I want to return it...they will issue a call tag for pickup..... I have a third deck that is assessible from the master bedroom. Wish I could build it's own little covered place for it out there...but don't think I have the time for that. Plus getting a contractor in my area for a small job is near impossible! > >>>>>> > >>>>>> , > >>>>>> > >>>>>> I know you'll be happy with your sauna . . . The > >>>>>> larger size sounds good! . . . Guest guest
Health Mate sells an tent-like covering for outdoor usage. I don't know it it would fit yours, but you could check. I have mine in a covered, screened in porch . . . We get heavy wind-driven rains. The breaker frequently gets thrown, but the sauna works fine there. Thanks to the breaker! Guest guest
, I think your idea of sunning the pieces is a good idea .. . . Direct sunlight, especially on hot days will do a lot to outgass any smells. . . Turn it over and get both sides though.
