Guest guest
Hi , Yes, I used Dr. Feng, and she did a great job on me - my incisions are well hidden in the crease, as small as my chest is. I have no complaints. Since Dr. Feng doesn't really get involved in holistic stuff, she felt that in time the symptoms would go away on their own. I went to a holistic practioner and she ordered alot of bloodwork for me and also something called an Organic Acids Test (urinalysis). The results of these tests showed that I had alot of yeast, my liver wasn't detoxing properly, and I'm low on B vitamins. I had absolutely NO pantothenic acid. So, she recommended a probiotic, prescribed 2 months of Nystatin (an antifungal which has very few side effects, if any), MethylCobalin B-12, Cod Liver Oil, Cysteine, Glutamine, Alpha Lipoic Acid. I've only started taking the probiotic on Monday, so I'm sure that I won't start seeing any changes just yet. She told me to slowly introduce things into my system, since I've got a sensitive system and some things end up giving me hot flashes and sleeplessness, and actually last year when I was taking a regular multi-vitamin it made me seriously ill after about 3 weeks, with fevers and nausea, and tremors. When I went off it, those things stopped. I just started taking a probiotic. I have been afraid to try any supplements at all because my body reacts negatively to alot of things. So far the probiotic hasn't caused any problems, but it's too early to see any improvements. I don't think I'm fully detoxing just yet if I'm only taking a probiotic, but I'm sure it's doing some good. My worse symptoms are the numb fingers and sore toes, and a strange anxious feeling that I've never had before. My thumbs are swollen, too. She said the B-12 and the Cod Liver Oil should really help that, so we'll see how it goes. Guest guest
Sis thanks for all the imformation....do you know if insurance covers holistic doctors ? So as long as you have your saline implants removed by a PS that does EN Bloc and uses drains...you should be ok ? Then you can get a holistic doctor to help with detoxing ? I have an appt with a Ps that does en bloc that is closer to me so I'm sorta leaning that way...my symptoms are joint/muscle pain ,sore toes, headaches, stiff neck, tired arms and legs ...and my hair is breaking off not falling out but breaking off...I'll be so glad when I get these things out...I just not really sure after I get them out what I need to ask a holistic doctor to do for me. How long has it been for you ? And are you feeling somewhat better ?
Guest guest
So before you started detoxing none of your symptoms went away ? Or did they ? I want to get rid of all the symptoms one day and be the old me again....but if the stiff neck and headaches and breast pain go away I'll be happy. Guest guest
, In New Jersey, they aren't covered, but some states might cover them. You could check with your insurance and find out if Naturopaths are covered. The person I went to is a Nurse Practioner, and in New Jersey alot of insurances pay for that. If the PS performs En Bloc and uses drains, then it's not a bad option if that makes you more comfortable - just make sure to get it in writing that they'll use En Bloc, and also ask how much experience they've got in explant without replacing them with implants. You've got alot of the same symptoms as me, I've got the joint pain, sore toes, stiff neck, I had headaches but those are gone now and so is the brain fog. I've also got numbness in my fingers. I'm feeling better than when I had the implants in, but I've got a long way to go, since I just recently started detox. It's been 7 months for me. Guest guest
Some of the symptoms went away without detoxing, the headaches, the brain fog, the high blood pressure. The joint pain has eased up but has not completely gone away, and it's possible that has gotten better because of the warm weather - so the test will be when winter comes around again. The sore toes and numb fingers are still here. Do what you have to do in order to get well, just don't put alot of pressure on yourself to get well right away. It takes time to get better. I'm not in full detox yet, I just started taking a probiotic last week, and while that's certainly a step in the right direction, it's not what I'd call detox. I chose to take it slow because my body is very sensitive and my hormones are whacked out. Sis > > So before you started detoxing none of your symptoms went away ? Or did they > ? Guest guest
One other thing I noticed, the bulging veins in my finger tips, and my fingers don't look blue anymore. Sis > > Well good luck to you and God bless. >
Guest guest
Sis, Were your fingers icy cold when your fingertips turned blue? . . . Guest guest
Rogene, They weren't cold, just very sore. One time a blood vessel or vein bulged so much that it was bleeding under the skin, and my finger turned black and blue. That was only a month after getting implants, and I knew this was nothing like the body I knew before. I was so terrified and depressed. The doctor had a name for them (which I forget) . . . no one offered any help though. Hugs, Rogene --- auntsisnj <auntsisnj@...> wrote: > Rogene, > > They weren't cold, just very sore.
