Guest guest
Donna, You want your incisions to be completely healed before getting in the hot tub . . . Also, be sure the tub is really, really clean! . . . shocking it with chlorine really isn't the best since so many of us are sensitive to chlorine. Some hot tubs have a ozone device that keeps water clean. Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
Miracle Heat sends them out Fedex. I ordered mine yesterday and got a good deal. Check out miracleheat.com. If you phone, talk to Mona and tell her I referred you and that you'd like the freebies I got. The sale was supposed to end Thursday but she'd probably extend it if you phoned soon. I got these things free: Magazine Rack Shelf Aroma Therapy Ceramic Heaters I also ordered the tone CD player. Guest guest
, What was your MSH? I have not had that test yet. Also...how did Dr. Kolb determine there was free floating silicon in your lymph node? I seem to recall that you said she removed one of your lymph nodes. Is the ionic foot bath at Dr. Kolbs the only detoxing of heavy metals you have done or had you done some oral chelation before??? Guest guest
Rogene, Thanks. I plan on getting back into the infrared again soon. My energy level is so low and I still have my tapes on so I'm going to wait a couple of weeks longer. Guest guest
, Like I said before he burned himself out. He would pull his duty at the base and than work all night on the race car. Sometimes falling asleep under the car. Than race all weekend. He lived in Long Island at the time and their was 1 doctor in the 60's who knew about adrenal issues. They almost gave him too much cortisone. So he has struggled with this since he was in his 20's. Hey if your in for a funny movie and have cable tonight and tomorrow night on USA their is a movie called "Along Came Polly" with Aniston and Ben Stiller. It is so funny we watched it last night. Love you, Penni Re: one more thing Hi, Sue! Yes. I am from America. I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia... but currently live in Los Angeles, California. Guest guest
Donna . . . Saunas have a huge price range . . . depends on the type and where they are made. . . Do a web search for " far infrared sauna " and see what comes up. . . Regardless of what kind you may want, you'll want to know your options. We had a hot tub before we moved here. I did enjoy it, but the longer we had it, the less I used it. . . Keeping it clean was a chore - and the weather played a role in how often I used it too. Here, I have a jetted tub. And, while I can't share the tub with my grandkids, I really enjoy it. It's great for Espom salt soaks . . . and massaging ones feet with the foot jets. Here again the price varies considerably. . . Some tubs are dinky with only a few weak jets . . . I went all out and got a large tub with seven jets, a heater that holds the water temperature and a handheld sprayer for washing my hair, rinsing off and cleaning the tub. Either can get expensive - depending on the options. . .. If I had to cut corners, I would opt for a deep bath tub - even if it didn't have any jets. It's made by Arizona Sauna. You can buy it on the web I think. I bought mine through my doctor. Wait until your not so sick and weak before using it. Even though it's much easier on your system and more effective than a regular sauna you need to be stronger. Guest guest
Thanks Rogene....I have been looking at them on the internet and called a company in California. Their smallest, as two person sauna was $3,300 because they say they are the best...etc...and build it with cedar. They also said that Asia is flooding the market with lower quality saunas. Well....what else would they say,...right? Hard to decipher thru things to get to the truth of the matter. Does anyone know is it makes a difference if it is built with cedar vs. hemlock...vs...whatever? IT seems that along with the suggestions you made, the heaters being made of ceramic and the heater temperature is important. I am sure I can find one cheaper than that.... I am really wanting one these....but want to make sure I buy one that will hold up thru many many years.......... > > , > > If you're in tune with your body, I think you'll know > when to use a sauna, and how long to use it for. Guest guest
---Hi Rogene! I saw that in a theater with my movie buddy son, Mike. It's a good one, all right. A good laugh is necessary, isn't it? Guest guest
, I know I am catching up on old posts and this question may have already been answered, but I do remember my naturopath in Tucson telling me that the body does not like to give up silicone easily. I think it can come out through tenacious detoxification, but it takes time. Eventually I think silicone globs will be pushed out through the skin and exceted in other eliminative organs, but it is hard for the body to break it down. Dr. Kolb's protocol has stated that inositol will help break it down. Whether or not this is supported by scientific evidence, I don't know. I do know that detoxification is pretty much needed.
