So after explant

A lot of you girls are still sick ? Did you all have saline ? And removed en bloc ? What else can be done or do we just have to live with this the rest of our lives ? Isn't anyone after explant fine ? Or at least 80% or better ?

There are alot of women who are better now, those of us who are

complaining are newly explanted, within the past 6 months. Molly,

Rogene, Patty and Lynda have all recovered. There are others who have

come here who no longer post, but they have recovered as well. Jenna

recovered quickly, and was doing well last time she posted. I

think it might be a lifelong battle because we'll have to take care of

ourselves better than before, but our immune systems have been damaged

and they don't bounce back immediately. If you expect that to happen,

you'll be in for a let down, so do not expect instant recovery. Some

take months, some take years. It's a matter of trial and error,

unfortunately, because we haven't been studied by anyone.

We have a lot of women who drop by occasionally to

encourage newbies! . . . It's always nice to see women

hang around - but, once they start getting better,

they often have to make up for lost time to pay the

bills, finish school, etc. . .

If you'll go back through the archives and follow some

of the women through their healing experience, I think

you'll be heartened! . . .

You're going to get much better too. Just be patient.

Stressing over getting better doesn't help!
