If a doctor can get by with it, they like to make an

incision, pop the implant out, and sew the woman up.

This leaves a capsule, possibly contaminated by

mold/fungi/bacteria/implant debris that will continue

to deliver it's toxins to a woman.

My guess is that your capsules weren't properly

removed! One hint is how quickly your explant was

done. If less than one to two hours, it's likely you

still have your capsules.
