you are right just believing me has helped loads. I am having three tests done to start with, thyroid, gluten intolerance, and candida I will tell you what my results are, I am going to see how things go with me and maybe get her to see my boys.

I'm doing great! . . . The cancer scare has motivated

me to redouble my efforts to feel good ALL the time,

and I'm making significant progress! . . .

I'll have to admit that (sometimes) the effort wears

me down . . . but then I consider the alternative and

just have to keep on truckin'.
