Hello,

I am wondering if anyone can tell me exactly what they paid to have

the implants removed by Dr. Kolb. I made an appt for a consult for

June 16th. When I called them they told me that it would be between

$6000 and $10,000. I just wanted to know what you all paid. Also,

once you had your consult with Dr. Kolb- was it long before you had to

wait to get the surgery? Thanks!!
