Guest guest
For anyone who is interested... Right or wrong I went ahead and purchased a 2 person infrared sauna from Sunlight Saunas. It will ship immediately and will be here in 5 to 7 business days. I guess I bought it from them because of all the consumer information they have on their web site, the research statistics and testimonials ...plus...it is is 51 inches deep (11 inches deeper than the 40 inches), 53 inches wide (5 inches wider than others I looked at) and has a full glass door. All of which will help with any clautrophobic feeling which I get when I am in small places. It is about 11 inches deeper than the others I looked at. It uses the solocarbon heaters rather than ceramic with tested infrared wavelenths. And while they offer it in Basswood.....I went ahead and got the canadian cedar (after much conversation and thought and mainly because cedar has been used in saunas from the beginning). I paid $3095...and that included everything. I know it is expensive...but my husband agreed as he also wants it for his aching back!!! Guest guest
Hi Rogene, Your husband sounds like mine. We had never seen one either until the home show. He went in with the salesman and discussed it inside. He came out feeling better, even after a few minutes. I knew I wanted one but was glad that he did too. Guest guest
Are the halogens for reading? Guest guest
Hi Kenda, Don't really know except they said the halogens lights were bright. I can always take my reading light in there if I need it. This was a hard decision and I really liked Mona when I talked with her. My decision was really based on the size of the two person for me....with the extra 11 inch depth at 51 inches and the full glass door. I get really clautrophobic and didn't have the space for the 3 person one. It was hard to decipher all the ifs ands or buts......... I was told I have a 30 day return policy. So, If the cedar is too much for me...I can return it. They will issue a call tag and pick it up. I am sure we will both be happy with out choices. I need to get an electrician to run a dedicated line to it. > >> > >> , > >> > >> I know you'll be happy with your sauna . . . The > >> larger size sounds good! . . . Guest guest
My doctor did prescribe mine. I write off my personal training with a trainer as well because I have a herniated L5/S1 disc.
