my blood pressure is to high. The PA or doctor has NOT addressed this YET!

Guess what I've printed out and will bring to my next doctor appointment?

That's right1...the MINIMUM diabetes care in Texas check list.

Hi

my b/p goes as low as 89/56 I feel fine and have been told as long as I don't

feel dizzy or weak I am fine. I see it go up to 110/68 with exercise. I

don't know if this is unusually low but my Doctor and the persons monitoring

the exercise program don't seem to be alarmed so I figure I must be alright.

Yesterday I popped a full-strength pill instead of breaking it in half

without checking my blood pressure, just because I " felt high. " Turns out I

wasn't. I was pointing out how, without a glucose monitor or blood pressure

monitor, we can be making false assumptions. It turns out my pressure was

normal and I should have taken only the half-pill. It was unusually hot

yesterday, and I was retaining fluid, so it all worked out fine.

I forgot to take my pills last night ... back up to 156/106 now.

It is a great reading. BP varies from one person to the next, along with age

and health, but anything under 125/90 is great.
