Hi all again

It is Shari. A year or so ago I shared with the group that my neighbor's 24 yr old daughter and new mom, had been for a Breast implant consult and had a surgery date scheduled.... after a few hours w/ me one on one then after showing her my nasty mold filled implants she changed her mind and I felt so great for sparing someone else my horrible fate. She also shared it with her friends that were also considering it and it changed a few more minds. unfortunately I just found out a few weeks ago one of her best friends went ahead and did it - not only got the implants but went to my lying piece of #$%$# original PS to get them! This girl is maybe 25 and has a three year old.... she is thin as a rail. Anyways almost immediately after she told me the girl went thru w/ it I started seeing her little girl next door daily.... I asked the neighbor if her mom was still healing and she said that she had been hospitalized with a horrible unexplained infection. She ended up w/ a massive staph infection as well and has been in the hospital for 6 weeks. She is down to about 85 lbs and just recently got out. I saw her a few days ago and she looks horrible.... says that the hospital did a ton of tests and now thinks she has lupus.... they can't find any explanations for the weight loss and other infections. This all happened within a month after implanting. She doesn't believe it is her implants of course - she is in total denial. How horrible it is for me to see her day in and day out knowing how horribly they have ruined my life and see her with such a young child so very sick. It truly is an awful feeling when we can't get thru to them! According to me neighbor she was in perfect health before - now this single mom was in intensive care at the hospital for 6 weeks with unexplainable infections! sheeesssshhh. some people are hard to get across to and now with her so thin from the hospitalization they just look awful on her.... her arms are like toothpicks and she probably has a 20" waist w/ D cups! I truly hope she does something before it is too late... I feel so badly for her and her little girl. I can not say i didn't try, though.... I guess I can feel good about that much. Please everyone, pray for her - she's gonna need all the prayers she can get.

thanks

me too.... I am just sick over it but she is pretty pigheaded about not bringing up the "issue" so I dropped it.... she will find out eventually and then it will be sad as I may be too late and too much damage may have been done like in my case. All I can do is hope and pray for her.

thanks

Hi Shari

What a story - sometimes we can be so thick can't we. I will pray

for her. You've done your best in sharing your experience, and

that's really all you can do. Keep up the good work!

Oh Shari, That's so sad! . . . How can bigger boobs be worth going through all that? I very much doubt that the surgeon maintains a sterile environment. Is there a medical association that would check him out . .. Health department? . . . anyone? We'll pray for her . . . I wish she would talk to you! Love, Rogene

yep -that is for sure. I don't really know her - just my neighbor who is her best friend. She also tried to talk her out of the surgery... I am not sure if she believes yet that it is the implants making her sick -we haven't talked much about it. I don't want to sound like I am cramming down her throat since I was so adamant when she was thinking of getting them herself... she knows all the info as I gave it to her then. She also knows that I a still sick after ten years and unable to work and now with the whole seizure crap - sheesh -I wonder when I am ever gonna get outta this mess. I can't help but think that the implants had something to do with my nightmare last weekend.... the implants have been out for 3 years but as Dr. Blais said, 30% of the textured shells were missing and are in my body somewhere... I can not help but think some got into my brain which caused my seizures last weekend. I could be wrong but since the only health issues I have ever had have been from/after the implanting I can't help it. My family is healthy - no seizure history on either side. Darn those implants - still putting me thru hell after all this time!! I only wish I could get that feeling thru to this poor girl before she is 35 saying the same things.... oh well - like you said - I can only be there for her when she realizes the truth and hope it isn't too late.

love

Shari,

That's how I got sick, within a few weeks. I feel very bad for her,

especially since she's in denial. In time she might just come

around, though, and when she does, at least she's got you!! We

definitely can't get through to everyone, but at least we can be

there if they need help later.

Shari, My eyes welled up with tears on this story. I will be praying for her and her daughter. What does your neighbor think about this? Is she convinced it is her implants? Is she horrified at what may had been her fate? I sure would be. Let her know the ladies on this site care about her and are praying. Hugs, halvey70@... wrote: Hi all again It is Shari. Shari . . . Did you catch the info about detox foot pads? . . . When some of us who have been implanted tried them, our feet were coated with a clear, very sticky substance . . . My massage therapist who never had implants, didn' t have sticky feet. . . has sent a sample for analysis. Hopefully they can tell her what it is. It wouldn't wash off with soap or water . . . I used alcohol . . An implant sister took one into her neuroligist . . found out he was trying them himself. These look like they may be one of the fastest, safest detox methods available. . . safe for kids too! A websearch for "detox foot pads" will produce a lot of info. I found the best prices on ebay though. Hugs, Rogene

Oh Shari

That is just so sad. I can't believe that this woman can't connect

your illness and her own problems right after explanting. I hope

she will get those things out fast. But as you well know, even if

she does, she might have a very tough road back to health. But you

did try and that is all you can do. How are you doing Shari? I

feel so bad that you have had those seizures and now have to take

that medicine. I am praying for you. My daughter had several

seizures as a small child and took meds for awhile. She hasn't had

one in over eighteen years. I hope that is what will happen for

you. I think her seizures were related to her dpt shots. I never

gave her another pertussis vaccine after that. Is there anything

you can think of that might have precipitated the seizures? Were

you doing some heavy detoxing?

Love, Kathy
