New here and in pain now...please help

I have saline implants since 3/9/05. Leftie is okay, Rightie is now

giving me excruciating pain from the base where my underwire sits. I

cannot sleep because

of the pain from my fiance's slight movements. I cannot sit without

holding up my right

breast. I cannot take a shower without wearing a bra. This has been

going on for a week and a half. No exterior symptoms. Midol,

Tylenol, Sports Creams do not work.

Today I called in sick to work. I have called my implant

surgeon...he is in surgery. I am waiting for him to call me back to

prescribe a pain killer. He is in LaJolla California at Scripps

Memorial. Going to his office for a consult is out of the question.

I am considering explant. I live in Olympia Washington and have

found a PS specializing in Reconstructive in Bellingham, WA. I am

getting married in three weeks, but I want to get the process

started to get these out.

Suggestions on pain relief and any advice would be great!
