I think I saw a list somewhere on the Internet rating fish on mercury content. If I remember correctly, Tiliapa was the safest.

We have been asked to avoid all fish. I eat salmon or shrimp on

occasion, but my kids don't have any. We also stay away from canned

foods and drink reverse osmosis water. We have a big problem with

metals. HTH.

Hopefully you can see this. Here is the chart on most toxic and most not fish for children, pregnant women and nursing mothers.
