Re: neti pot and using water pressure

Hi, I'd be concerned to use water pressure to shoot it up there into

the sinuses. The Wikipedia article link I posted a few minutes ago

talks about going slow so you don't spread the infection places you

don't already have it....like the eustacian (sp) tubes.

This confirms what I've read in Ayurvedic books. Very old practices.

I just pour, I don't squirt it up there.

-its not that great of pressure, nothing compared to the sinus

washing i got at the mayo clinic and they put a tube up your nose.

the pickleing canning salt and distilled water is the same thing as

saline wash, just alot cheaper.-- In
