Guest guest
This is similar to the situation I was living in. The owners are trying to drive them out, because they are paying cheap rent. The owners refuse to fix anything unless they can get the low-rent tenants out and raise rents on the new ones 'to cover their expenses' of course, they have been saving lots of money by not repairing anything so they are way ahead of the game already, profit wise. THERE NEEDS TO BE A LAW AGAINST THIS.. PEOPLE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DIE OR BECOME SO SICK THEIR LIFE IS IN DANGER BEFORE THEY CAN GET LEGAL HELP... Guest guest
Why do the owners have moldy old cusions down there? Why can't someone remove them and clean up the visible patches? Something is fishy here. If they were responsible owners, they would have done that, but clearly, they are trying to drive the tenants who are sick away and the system is broken in that it doesn't stop this from happening, effectively allowing the management company to ruin these people's health intentionally, just to get them to move.
