I think of it as aniticipation of drowning.

If youre car is heading off a bridge into a river - you see the danger,

you know you have limited time before a breathing issue will arise and

you are hoping you can avoid it somehow. While struggling for that

avoidance- who wouldnt have anxiety that the plan you rush to implement

will save you pain, discomfort, swelling, rashes, throat closing,

dizziness, disorientation, fatigue - name your favorite reactions. - angela

That is exactly what I meant by this fear being a legitimate very real fear

and not just a 'panic'.
